Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been collected and packed yet, you can request a cancellation. We'll issue you a gift card for the value of the items you wish to cancel. If you have any questions, please contact our team at support@bokshatin.com.

Can I modify my order?

We'll do our best to make any changes to your order before shipping, but unfortunately, we can't guarantee this. Please email us within one hour of placing your order to ensure our team can update the product or shipping address. Other delays, such as weekends, public holidays, and promotional periods, may also prevent us from making changes in a timely manner.

Please note that we are currently unable to make any changes to international orders (except for address adjustments). We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to offer this service in the future.

I just placed an order, where is my email confirmation?

In most cases, you may have entered an incorrect email address or the email may have been sent to a spam folder. Please check and then send your name and order number to support@bokshatin.com. Our team will work with you as soon as possible to ensure you receive all tracking updates.

How do I return an item?

Please ensure your item meets our return requirements. You can then submit a return request by clicking the link below, depending on your country. We currently do not offer free returns.

Why hasn't my return been processed yet?

If your tracking confirms that your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

If your return has arrived at our warehouse but has not been processed within 5 business days, please email support@bokshatin.com to help resolve this issue.

Has my order been shipped?

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in New York State, USA.

It may take 1-2 business days for your order to ship. Unexpected delays may occur during peak periods and promotions, but these are rare. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you're outside the US, we recommend closely monitoring your tracking information. Customs delays may delay your order by 5-10 business days.

I received a defective item.

We're so sorry! We carefully inspect all clothing upon receipt and before shipping, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we may miss details. Please contact our team by sending a picture of your item to support@bokshatin.com.
