Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY & INFORMATION 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you change your mind for any reason, we offer easy returns:

• 30-Day Return Policy: Full-priced items returned within 30 days of purchase due to a change of mind or incorrect size will be returned free of charge as long as they meet our return policy.

The following conditions apply:

• Once your return is received and processed, we'll deduct a $0 flat shipping fee from your return total. Please note that this fee does not include items deemed defective.

• Items that are the wrong size or due to a change of mind must be returned within 30 days for a store refund. We recommend trying the item on immediately upon receipt to ensure you can return it within this timeframe.

• Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Returned items must be free of makeup, fragrance, or any other signs of wear. Please note that this policy applies to returns due to a change of mind. Under US consumer law, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund if the item is defective.

• All items purchased at a discount are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible for returns, refunds, store credit, or exchanges unless the item is proven defective. These items are last-chance styles and will not be restocked. Any unauthorized returns of "Final Sale" items will incur return shipping charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

• All refunds will be issued to the order's payment method. If a gift card/store credit was used, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Due to our fast turnaround time, we do not offer exchanges.

Pre-orders:

Please note that pre-orders cannot be modified or altered. If you place orders in the same cart, in-stock items will be split into two shipments. Therefore, you will be charged additional shipping fees when the pre-order becomes available.

Swimsuits and Bodysuits:

The customer must try the item on while wearing the underwear. If you wish to return an item, the tags and sanitary strips must be retained. If labels and hygiene strips have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear, we will not accept returns unless the item is found to be defective.

Underwear:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for underwear and intimate apparel (including adhesive bras and tape products) due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Shoes:

Please try your shoes on a soft surface to ensure the proper fit. We cannot accept returns of shoes with sole marks or scratches. If you received a shoe box, it must be returned with the shoes in their original condition unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Earrings:

For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned, including returns due to change of mind. This does not apply to earrings that are confirmed to be defective.

Beauty Products:

For hygiene and general health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for beauty products due to change of mind.

If you believe an item is defective, please contact our customer service team at support@bokshatin.com. We will evaluate defective merchandise and, if confirmed to be defective, accept returns.

For your convenience, our return policy is communicated across multiple channels, including the product page, during checkout, and in your order confirmation email.
