By completing payment and finalizing your order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding order shipping and delivery.
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that during peak sales season, delays may occur due to high order volume.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next day (Monday-Friday).
International customers must be aware of applicable customs and duty fees in your country.
Please note for international customers: We cannot ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or military addresses/bases.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been packaged and left our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order via Australia Post or the DHL website:

Please note: All orders are shipped using the "Secure Delivery" service. If there's no safe or suitable delivery location for your package, we'll forward it to your local post office for you to collect.
If you don't receive your item within the specified timeframe, please email us your full name and order number, and we'll investigate on your behalf. We don't offer refunds or compensation for orders received after the specified timeframe. Delays are rare, but they can happen. We'll do our best to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery of your order.
Package Protection
At Bokshatin, we always do our best to ensure your package arrives safely. For added peace of mind, we offer customers the option to purchase shipping insurance.
Package Protection covers the following shipping issues, which require investigation with the courier:

Package delivered to an incorrect address
Our Package Protection policy does not cover the following shipping issues:
Incorrect address provided by the customer

International Duties and Taxes
All taxes and customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order or shipping costs, unless otherwise noted below. These fees vary depending on your country and state. If you're unsure about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Bokshatin is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred during shipping, with the following exceptions:
UK Customers:
Orders under £135: Taxes and duties are payable at checkout.
Orders over £135: Taxes and duties are payable at checkout.
No additional payment is required upon delivery of your package.
New Zealand Customers:
All duties and taxes are included in your purchase price.
No additional duties are payable upon delivery.
US Customers:
All duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are calculated at checkout.
No additional fees are payable upon delivery.
Please note:
Refusing to pay customs fees or duties may result in your package being returned to us or destroyed by customs authorities.
Any charges incurred due to unpaid fees (including return shipping) will be deducted from your store credit.
If your package is destroyed due to non-payment, we cannot provide compensation or a refund.
Please ensure you understand and are willing to pay any applicable customs or duty fees to avoid these consequences.
